One of the most common reasons for this situation is an
incorrectly entered login (e-mail address) or password to the shop account. If, despite the correct password,
you did not manage to log in - please contact us at customercare@maisonmisaga.com and
we will certainly help you.

footer. After subscribing to the newsletter, we will send information about

Unfortunately it is not possible to add more products
to your order. Place a new order and contact us at customercare@maisonmisaga.com .If
the second order is placed within 12 hours from the first one, we will waive
the cost of shipping the additional order

Maison Misaga online shop.

Yes, this number will be transferred in a separate e-mail
confirming that the items have been sent from the warehouse.

placing an order and fill in all fields with the data required to issue a VAT
invoice. The document will be attached to the shipment

The courier should re-delivery to the indicated address
twice more. This option is guaranteed in the service we send our shipments.
This, of course, does not involve any additional fees for the recipient.

return form.

The money will be returned within 14 days to the
customer's account specified in the return or complaint form. If payment was
made using a payment card, the refund will be made to the same card. After the
successful completion of the return or complaint procedure, MAISON MISAGA will
send you an e-mail notification of the change in your order status to 'return'
